When you’re down and out because you have a screw hole set in wood that’s stripped, all you need is a golf tee — and a hammer and some wood glue. Put a drop of wood glue in the hole, tap in the golf tee, let it set, and then saw it flat so it’s flush with the surface of the wood: Presto! A repaired wood surface for re-screwing.
